Eric, Bob and service team . . . I was completely satisfied on the recent repair of the vacuum booster. First of all the part was not in stock and Bob located one to be delivered that afternoon. Secondly Eric stepped to the plate and offered to take me to my home in Tulare and that is what he did. When I picked up the SUV it was cleaner (it was given a courtesy wash) than when I brought it in to be fixed as it had been rained on the day before. This service reminds me of the way I was treated when I owned Lincolns in Hanford. This extra touch is very much appreciated. I told Bob we were starting to feel like family at Giant Chevrolet. KEEP UP THIS GREAT SERVICE AS IT WILL BE REWARDING FOR EVERYONE!
