just a note to let you know that Bob Saucedo and his cohort Jim in the
service dept. have made my experience at Giant Chevrolet worth returning for all of my vehicle's service needs. In fact, Jim referred me to the parts
dept. for additional and performance enhancing products that I thought would only be accessible outside of the General Motors venue.
Thank you for your concern about your employees, products, and services. By the way, Brian King in sales (we bought our last two vehicles from him this past year) is also an excellent source of referral and information, with a broad base of product knowledge.
